I use it almost daily. Mostly on desktop. The way it summarizes papers into sections like findings and methodology is super helpful. It doesn’t feel cluttered, which I like. I tested a few PDFs with complex formatting and it handled them pretty well. Haven’t needed support yet, everything just worked out of the box.
